Delivering business value is at the heart of Calvella engagements. Our consultants are unique in their own right continually looking for ways to improve the services that we offer to our clients.
One solution does not fit all, and we see each client and specific engagement as unique. Sharing our experience and knowledge with you will help to define areas within your business that could benefit from further review and assessment. We draw upon previous experience to provide insight and we address your unique business’ situation working with you, and your business team to define the optimum approach.
There are multiple examples where measurement (targets, KPIs, personal objectives, dashboards, etc.) have been introduced to drive performance improvement, but don’t lead to the desired results. We start by asking three key questions:
Developing a baseline from which certain assumptions can be tested and qualified. This will include a very intensive review of the business and supporting data to qualify and quantify the current or arising situation within the business from which a clear business case statement can be developed, and supporting areas of interests which have to be tested as part of the next step.
Having clearly stated the business case with executive stakeholders, we build the evidence and options/alternatives to test the business case statement. This will involve a variety of different activities to challenge the business case and explore alternatives that may arise as a result of the work carried out during this process.
Based on the outcome of the research work from “Building and Testing the Evidence”, recommendations with options will be presented supporting the business case and current business needs. Recommendation(s) will include an outline implementation plan(s), financial analysis, and roadmap.
