Who we are
Calvella Limited ("Calvella", "we") is the controller of the personal information described here. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 06052142, with our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Our VAT number is GB 894 2738 77. What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company and role, and the message you write. We do not ask for any special category information, so please don't include it in your message.
Like any website, our hosting provider records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it and why
- To read and reply to your enquiry, and to discuss any work that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
We do not use your information for marketing without your agreement, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Formcarry, which receives form submissions, filters spam and stores enquiries in EU data centres.
- Microsoft, which provides our email (Microsoft 365).
- Bluehost, which hosts this website in the United States.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site and receives your IP address when a page loads.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless they lead to a working relationship, in which case we keep them for as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations.
